Founded in 2004, Triumph Asset Management is an alternative asset management boutique focused on adding a strong growth component to the portfolios of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors.

Triumph partners are amongst the largest investors in the fund.
A partner at Triumph since its inception in 2004, Steven Tuchner brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm as well as expertise in risk management, portfolio management and business development.
Mr. Tuchner began his career as a Research Associate at CIBC World Markets in 1991, covering both the gold & precious metals and the consumer products sectors. Mr. Tuchner then joined First Marathon Securities Ltd. as an Institutional Equity Salesperson. He was appointed Head of Institutional Equity Sales at National Bank Financial (successor to First Marathon) and later became Head of Institutional Equity Trading. Mr. Tuchner was also a founding partner and Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at Westwind Partners Inc.
Mr. Tuchner is a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Mr. Tuchner currently sits on the Resources Committee of the Mount Sinai Hospital, the Board of Governors at the Sterling Hall School and is a member of the UCC Association Council
As a founding partner of Triumph, Bruce Tatters provides expert guidance in portfolio management, investment research and risk management.
Mr. Tatters’ investment career began in 1992, when he became a Research Associate at Burns Fry Limited. In 1994, he joined First Marathon Securities Ltd. as a Research Associate covering industrial products and financial services. He subsequently became an Institutional Equity Salesperson and then the Head of Institutional Equity Sales at National Bank Financial (successor to First Marathon). Mr. Tatters was a founding partner and Managing Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Westwind Partners Inc.
Mr. Tatters holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Bonnie Bloomberg has been a founding partner at Triumph since its inception in 2004 and is the Chief Compliance Officer. Previous responsibilities include business development and client service.
Ms. Bloomberg began her investment career in 1994 at TD Asset Management where she managed the TD Greenline Value Fund. She was also a member of the bank's Investment Committee and a Research Analyst on the bank's pension fund. Ms. Bloomberg held the position of Vice President of U.S. Institutional Equity Sales specializing in hedge funds at National Bank Financial from 2000 to 2003 and a similar role at Westwind Partners Inc. from 2003 to 2004.
Ms. Bloomberg holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Bloomberg has sat on the Executive Committee of the Mount Sinai Hospital Auxiliary Board where she was involved in chairing several fund raising events.
More Recently Ms Bloomberg had been involved in a steering committees for Hillel and the Baycrest Brain Project.
Ornella Gubiani Parker has been with Triumph since its inception in 2004.
Ms. Gubiani Parker began her career at First Marathon Securities Ltd., predecessor of National Bank Financial, on the Institutional Sales Desk. She has more than 15 years' administrative experience in institutional equities and has worked with Ms. Bloomberg, Mr. Tatters and Mr. Tuchner since 1997. In 2003, Ms. Gubiani Parker moved to Westwind Partners Inc., where she was an integral part in the development of that company’s equities desk.
Ms. Gubiani Parker holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University in Toronto.
Clement Messere joined Triumph in 2011, and is responsible for business development and client service.
Mr. Messere has been a successful private investor, managing private financial portfolios and owns a development and property firm. Additionally, Mr. Messere founded the largest dated material logistics company in Canada.
Mr. Messere holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree from Ryerson University in Toronto.
